We aim to get all orders sent out of the warehouse on the same day that you purchased. Sometimes we may have a flurry of customers that we weren't expecting and had not accounted for in our stock management system. In this instance it may take a day or two longer, but this situation rarely happens. We try to offer our customers all the tools we can for them to know exactly what is happening with their purchase. Right from placing the order, you will be able to see when the product is packed and shipped and by who. We will email you every step of the way and direct you to postal websites and arm you with a tracking number so you can see when you can expect to receive it.
It is difficult to estimate because some customers live in quite remote areas, so we put an estimated time of up to six days. This allows us to cover the whole of Australia. Don't worry though, you will receive full tracking information by email when your order is sent to keep you fully up to date on where it is. If for any reason the package disappears then we will always either resend the package or refund in full, just let us know there's been an issue and we will fix it.
